We started the process of putting our house on the market around 1.5 months ago, just around the time that it looked like shelter-in-place restrictions would come into effect in California. Upasna understood the urgency of the situation and put things in place in record time to get our house ready for an open house. She found contractors to do last minute paint jobs and repairs, stagers to prepare the house, and cleaners to do a deep cleaning -- all in time for an open house that was just a week away. Once our house was on the market, the interest was understandably on the weaker side, and prospective buyers were already stopping their searches due to concerns around COVID-19. What impressed us most was that Upasna adjusted to the situation very quickly and was able to predict that interest would drop even further if we waited too long for our "ideal" price. She's had an incredibly long history of experience with real estate, and so when she assured us that we would have to move sooner than we had originally thought (and for a lower price) we were convinced, and she helped us finalize an offer with the right buyers, and negotiate the best price possible. Once we were in contract, there were also some unexpected hurdles due to COVID-19, but Upasna kept really calm through all of it.
